Like conductivity measurements, pH measurements are highly dependent on the temperature and therefore require the use of a temperature sensor.
- Temperature sensor with a stainless-steel body
- Measures temperatures from -10°C to +110°C.
- Metal Pt1000 resistive sensor
- With JACK connections
This temperature sensor is widely used in industry and takes advantage of the fact that the resistivity of the metal (platinum resistor) varies according to the temperature. The initial value of a Pt1000 sensor is 1000 Ω at a temperature of 0°C. For high-accuracy measurements, remember to check the temperature and thermostat the sample so that the temperature is the same during both calibration and measurement.
